Where does The Entertainer cruise?
The Entertainer will cruise on The Big Marco River to the Gulf of Mexico. You will view magnificent homes and waterfront estates on Isles of Capri and Marco Island along the way.
What will we see on the cruise?
You will see many native birds & wildlife along our route. Magnificent homes and waterfront estates can be seen on our way to the Gulf of Mexico. Our sunsets are some of the most beautiful in Southwest Florida. You will have many opportunities to take photos before returning to our Home Dock.
How long is the cruise?
Our charters are generally 3 hours in duration.
Will the boat sail rain or shine?
Absolutely. The Entertainer has a fully enclosed, climate controlled main deck for your comfort. We sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or at the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard or National Weather Service, the yacht may remain dockside until weather conditions improve. Weather patterns change and storms usually pass quickly leaving clear skies.
How many people can be on the boat at one time?
The Entertainer is 61 feet long and 18 feet wide and can carry up to 42 passengers at one time. The main deck can seat up to 26 guests, the upper deck can seat up to 20 guests. The Forward and Aft Decks have additional seating as well.
Are food and beverages served onboard?
We offer Full Bar Service and Catering on all our charters.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
No, unfortunately personal food and beverages are not permitted aboard The Entertainer.
Can I bring my own alcohol on the yacht?
No you are not permitted to bring personal alcoholic beverages onboard.
Do I need to be 21 to drink alcohol?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years of age to be served alcohol onboard. Please remember to bring a government issued ID with you.
Is there air-conditioning / heating on-board?
Yes, our main deck is climate-controlled for your comfort.
Are there life jackets onboard?
Yes, The Entertainer has more than enough life jackets available for all passengers at any time. During the Captain’s safety announcement before leaving the dock he will explain where they are located. However, you are not required to wear life jackets during the cruise.
Is the yacht wheelchair accessible?
No, the yacht is not wheelchair accessible.
Is smoking allowed?
Our yacht is a smoke-free vessel. No smoking is permitted, including e-cigarettes or similar devices.
Are restrooms available?
Yes, The Entertainer has a clean, unisex bathroom onboard It is located on our lower deck and accessible by a stairway.
What time does boarding begin?
Boarding starts 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Will I get seasick?
The Entertainer is a stable yacht and The Southwest Florida Waterway is usually very calm. While the waters sometime can be choppy when passing another vessel, very little motion is felt aboard the yacht. Seasickness is very rare. If you are particularly prone to motion sickness, please consider consulting your physician prior to going on the cruise.
What should I wear?
Attire on board The Entertainer is casual. Shoes or sandals are required. Ladies, please refrain from wearing high heels on the yacht. There are steps to the upper and lower decks of the yacht so please dress comfortably.
Can I bring a pet?
No – unfortunately pets are not allowed.
